Description:
Machine consist of 8 nozzles placed linearly in two rows (4 in each). The filling takes place simultaneously in all 8 nozzles. As soon as the containers come under the filling station the conveyor will stop and the containers will be lifted. The high speed PLC processor will check the tare weight of empty container. As soon as the tare weight is reached the “ Fill Start” signal will be given to filling nozzles. The filling nozzles will be actuated and filling will start. The filling takes place in two stages fine and coarse. Once the filling is over the containers are lowered and are transferred on to out-feed side of the conveyor
The system comprises of :-
Load cell
- Single point load cell for each station.
- 150% of the rated capacity safe overload.
- Mechanical stoppers at each corner of the platform to protect load cell from the mechanical overloading.
- No other mechanical linkages or moving parts.
