The machine is ruggedly built of CRCA sheet metal and structural steel with surfaces well protected with powder coating.
- The machine has following sections each of them programmed to execute the required sequence.
- 1. Collar feeder (De-stacker)
- 2. Collar tilter (Tilts the collar from vertical to horizontal)
- 3. Pick and place (Moves the horizontal collar, to Gluing station, and after gluing to the Tin Top)
- 4. Gluing station (Nordson Problue 4 with Sure bead nozzles. Rotating table, Linear motion of dispenser synchronized with rotation)
- 5. Pressing station
- 6. Dual conveyor system
- 7. Provided with electrically interlocked safety hoods and other safety guards on moving and rotating parts to provide safe operations.
